Registration for ScienceOnline'09 is still open - so do it while you still can.
Bora (the man of ideas) posted the tentative program of the conference.
While I can't wait to hear "Science blogging without the blog?" by Matt Ford and Jonathan Gitlin, my blog-fellow Stephanie Z will be moderating the "Science fiction in Science Blogs" session. I will make sure to get her drunk with raki -after- the session. Discussions on gender vs. science are always a hit too, and you know whose side I will be at.
Exciting! :)

Considering my session is at 9 a.m., you'd better wait to try to get me drunk.
Note how I say "try," like it'll be a challenge? :)
Challenge accepted.
Talk at 9am leaves me the rest of the day to "try" :)
Just start drinking the previous night and never stop....
I seem to remember someone offering that as a remedy for jet lag. Of course, I'm only shifting one time zone.
My biggest question: do I try the slivovitz first and move on to the raki, or do I start with the raki? Decisions, decisions....
Hard decisions indeed. From the first hand though, do not mix raki and slivovitz. (Should I not say why to leave it up to you to try? Go science!)
